Fall 12 Haute Couture, part II

The Fall Winter 12/13 Haute Couture Week has wrapped up. Overall, it was a good week.

While there are some disappointments (i.e. Givenchy, I won’t go into details why i think so, hehe..), there are definitely many interesting and beautiful looks.

First thing first, the Iris van Herpen show was uber cool as usual.

I thought IvH’s clothes are very much carry the esthetic of the Prometheus’s universe. It’s quite beautifully amazing in my opinion.

Other great looks are from the clean, easy, well constructed Armani Prive‘s show and the flamboyant Jean Paul Gaultier‘s show.

But I must say the Valentino show triumphs the rest. Simply beautiful, there are the effort within the effortless.

Oh looking at beautiful clothes makes me happy!!  ^_^

I don’t know why you didn’t pay attention to the Julien Fournié runway show, another “guest memebre” in the official calendar…. I have found his collection also uber cool ! His inspiration comes this season from supeheroes ! Watch it on youtube at : http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ssw8INl6O9Q

Thank you for the feed back. I watched the runway show and thought it’s pretty great. Very beautiful and I love his tailored coats, his dresses are also stunning! 🙂
